On Saturday, November 19th, the CABC hosted a reception in honor of the United States Congressional Delegation to the Halifax International Security Forum. This event was chaired by the Honorable Jeanne Shaheen and the Honorable James Risch and included special guests U.S. Ambassador David Cohen and Canadian Ambassador Kirsten Hillman.
